Refund if we miss the target.
Every first system has one measurable target, agreed in writing before we build. If we miss it, we refund the deployment fee. These are the terms.
Terms as of 3 October 2026.
The terms
The target
One or two outcomes, written into the statement of work and signed by both sides before build starts. Each has today's baseline, the level we will reach, a written definition, the system it is measured in, and the window we measure over.
How we measure it
In your own system of record, such as your ERP or filing system, not a dashboard of ours. The window starts at go-live. Items the system sends to a person are counted by a rule we agree in advance, so the safety check never counts against the target.
What you provide
Access to the systems and data named in the scope by the agreed dates, one person who can make decisions, normal volume through the new system during the window, and use of the system as deployed. If any of these slips, the window moves by the same amount.
What is refunded
The fixed deployment fee, once per engagement.
What is not covered
The monthly retainer, third-party costs such as cloud and model usage, scope changes after sign-off, outages or changes in third-party systems, changes in your volume or mix outside the baseline, and targets tied to prices or markets.
How to claim
Email us within 30 days of the window closing, with the measurement from your system. We confirm within 10 business days and pay within 30 days.
